Mount Edgecombe Retirement Village have chosen Inovar Floor to fit out their homes with beautiful long-lasting flooring. The developer, Chenin, chose Caledon, a new colour from the Inovar laminate flooring range.

Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estate is a premier retirement estate nestled in the lush Kindlewood Estate. The estate offers residents world-class healthcare facility, 24-hour security and a clubhouse for social events. In partnership with Chenin developers and Investec Bank, Mount Edgecombe broke ground in 2017. Mount Edgecombe consists of about 26 units, 110 of which have been launched in the first phase of the development. The retirement village has a choice of 1, 2 or 3-bedroom single level sectional title units or freestanding homes. Occupation is scheduled for the end of 2018, with the care facility coming online in early 2019.
